Enterprise Holdings has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Clerk/Parts Clerk. The Parts Clerk will ensure timely management of the parts process. Tasks include: part ordering/receiving, communication with Tulsa Shared Services, management of inventory for two maintain facilities, vendor management, cost savings, lot organization, and more. The ideal candidate works well both independently and on a team, has a strong attention to detail, is well organized, possesses strong communication and follow-up skills, ability to thrive in a fast passed environment, and has a proven record of cost savings.
The starting rate of pay is $15.00/hour, however, pay rate may be set higher based on a significant background of job-related experience. The required schedule for this full-time position is Monday–Friday from 6am–3:30pm with a 30 minute break granted each day (45 hours/week).
Review incoming work orders
Generate PO requests and order necessary parts for jobs;
Maintain min/max levels for all stock items;
Negotiate best pricing and shipping times with vendors, maintaining data;
Maintain computer databases of inventory;
Pull all parts requested for installs and services;
Tag all parts for stock and dispatch;
Perform physical inventory counts;
Check on delivery statuses and update technicians and management;
Answer telephone calls/return messages promptly and courteously
Follow up on orders to expedite turn time
Triage/Review vehicles on lot in queue for service/parts to reduce downtime
Other duties as assigned.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must have excellent verbal, computer, data entry and typing skills
Must have the ability to accurately input and document parts purchasing in the computer system
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Must be able and willing to undergo moderate physical activity which requires handling of objects up to 50 pounds with long periods of standing and walking
Must be able and willing to undergo moderate exposure to unusual elements such as dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and loud noises
Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 6am-3:30pm with a 30 minute break each day (45 hours/week)
Experience handling auto mechanical service procedures to perform automotive maintenance activities preferred
ASE (P2) parts certification, a plus
