We are currently looking for a Admin Assistant to join our EMEA Sales Team at our European Head Office based in Egham, Surrey.
The EMEA Sales Team is at the forefront of all areas of the business, pivotal in setting up and growing key accounts with both the Enterprise and National brands. This fast-paced and diverse role will give you the opportunity to support the European expansion and help to deliver new global projects designed to make us the global market leader.
In this position you will provide support for all of the EMEA sales team in the completion of their duties by providing ongoing support functions including: events coordination and attendance, marketing promotions and industry events, assisting with tenders, creating presentations, researching, analysing trends, producing internal & external reporting and providing communications to our key partners and accounts across the EMEA region.
To exceed in this job you will have excellent customer service and communication abilities as you will work with all levels of management across our business here in the UK and across the globe! Be involved in the planning of conferences and trade events as well as participating in them.
Assisting with tender documents
Support sales teams with promotional activity including email campaigns and marketing support.
Maintain & create presentations for team when required.
Creation of reports and conducting analysis.
Verifying rate plans using booking tools and internal systems
Update Customer Relationship Management tool.
Maintain excellent relationships with internal business partners.
Work on adhoc projects.
Intermediate or above level skills on Microsoft Excel
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent customer service skills
Strong planning and organisational skills
Must have high attention to detail with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Ability to problem solve, adapt and respond to change
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Desirable skills but not essential:
Understanding of Global travel agency booking tools
Business travel industry experience
