We would like to announce an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator within Enterprise Car Club, based at our European Head office in Egham, Surrey.
We started car sharing as a natural extension of our hire programme and our long time focus on customised local service. Enterprise Car Club uses technology and an award-winning service record to deliver speed, efficiency and economy to people who need a car at a moment’s notice. We are looking to continue our growth in this area of our business and establish Enterprise Car Club as the market leader in the flexible car sharing and car club sector.
We create customised car sharing programmes for several audiences, including business, universities and government, as well as enabling more individuals to benefit from low cost, convenient and greener motoring. Our individual car sharing programmes enable everyone to share a variety of cars and vans, and complements alternative forms of transportation like carpooling, cycling or using public transport.
This position plays a key role in the development, presentation and implementation of our brand and digital communications and initiatives. The successful candidate will help evaluate our creative assets, create segmented messages targeted to the audiences we’re looking to attract, create communications targeted to entire and specific consumer populations and work with and present to management and internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this position you will possess good project management skills and analytical capabilities. They should also be able to contribute original and innovative ideas, as well as being able to influence our target audiences by writing clear and compelling messaging.
This role position will report directly to ECC's Brand Marketing Manager.
Editing design of existing marketing and promotional materials
Creation of blogs and Facebook/Twitter/Linkedin posts daily
Presenting innovating ideas on how to grow our online presence
Involvement in building and implementing Social Media Marketing campaigns
Tracking the growth and the impact of social media on our business
Coding email newsletters and member communications
Copywriting ensuring brand integrity
Responding to third party enquiries
Reporting on web based business KPIs
Fulfilling collateral requests from the sales team
Building and tracking promotions with our in-house software
Responding to all enquiries in ECC Marketing mailbox
Updating competitor analysis sheet
Campaign analysis (for internal and external use)
Invoice tracking, budget updates
Liaison with third parties for specific campaign requirements (ensuring affiliates, sponsorship hosts have all they require – collateral, digital assets)
Ad hoc project management and administration tasks
Regular visits to our Leeds office and occasional visits to other Enterprise locations across the UK
Basic experience of graphic design web packages such as illustrator or InDesign preferred, although not essential
Basic experience of HTML code and a willingness to learn and apply knowledge
Knowledge and understanding of social media – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
Strong organisational, time management skills and project management skills
Attention to detail (proofreading and editing)
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
