Enterprise Holdings, operating the Alamo Rent A Car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental brands, has an opening for a Remarketing Logistics Coordinator. The Remarketing Logistics Coordinator will work with and support the sales team and are responsible for wide variety of pre and post-sales administration related to Remarketing vehicles. This position will be located out of Bay Area headquarters in San Ramon.
Our ideal candidate will be an extremely organized self starter, willing to take ownership of all administrative functions related to sales support and inventory control including:
Working knowledge of administrative practices, procedures and software applications, including Microsoft office products
Knowledge of professional phone etiquette and the ability to provide excellent customer service
Good verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate attention to detail for accuracy in performing data entry duties and various tasks
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving skills by taking appropriate action regarding a concern and questionable finding
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize and juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
This individual will be involved in the Remarketing process and duties will include, but are not limited to :
Inventory management and sales processing
Research and propose transportation options, timing and costs
Communicate transportation costs and time frame to customers
Organize vehicles with carriers
Secure funds for sold vehicles
Verify vehicle availability, specifications and condition before closing the sale
Troubleshoot potential customer issues and concerns
Customer invoicing and overall department billing and paperwork
Management and ownership of the accounts receivable report
Transfer of ownership paperwork, keys and any additional documents provided
Update system throughout Remarketing process
May assist with customer follow-up calls
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Manage the deleted process
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Minimum of 1 year experience handling customer service functions.
Must have intermediate knowledge in all of the following: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
Must be willing to accept a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.
Must be able to work Full-Time, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
