Enterprise Holdings Account Coordinator in St. Louis, Missouri

The St. Louis Contact Center for Enterprise Holdings EAN Services, LLC currently has openings for an Account Coordinator to work with our Fleet Billing and Business Rental Teams. As an Account Coordinator, you will work closely with our internal accounting team, as well as our field employees. Account Coordinators are expected to provide excellent customer service while successfully collecting the balances billed to our business accounts for daily rental services and completing new account set-up.

This is a Full-Time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, working 40 hours per week. The schedule is 8a-5p.

The starting pay is $16.05/hour.

  • Ensure that billing rates and rental tickets are set up according to the agreed upon contractual terms

  • Audit billing statements for customer review prior to invoice generation and delivery

  • Reconcile & research customer payments

  • Review accounts for delinquent payments and overpayments

  • Prioritize assigned accounts and contact customers via email, phone or voicemail to collect on past due

balances

  • Handle and resolve billing-related issues to ensure timely payment of receivables

  • Research and resolve disputed rentals; prepare appropriate adjustment requests and follow up with

customers on dispute

  • Establish and maintain relationships with contract administrators

  • Request and send reprints of invoices, statements, and vouchers to accounts as needed

  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting

  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must not require work authorization sponsorship from our company for an employment-based work permit or other work authorization document

  • 4 year degree preferred (degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business a plus)

  • One year of previous Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections experience preferred

  • PeopleSoft Financial experience preferred

  • Intermediate knowledge using Microsoft Excel required (advanced level preferred)

  • Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule, 8a-5p

  • Must be able to work FT hours, 40hours per week

Qualified candidates must also possess the following:

  • Knowledge of MS Excel required; MS Access knowledge a plus

  • General knowledge of accounting and understanding of common practices

  • Detail oriented and strong follow-through skills

  • Proficient in 10 key

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures

  • Ability to work independently or as a team
