Enterprise Holdings Accounting Coordinator - Personal Property Tax in St. Louis, Missouri

Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Rent-A Car, currently has an immediate opening for a Accounting Coordinator on the Tax Team. This position is responsible will help support the personal property tax accounting functions for the team. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, analytical, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Account schedule preparation for certain tax accounts

  • Process related monthly AP, AR, GL, and CT entries

  • Prepare personal property tax renditions and pay personal property tax bills for assigned states

  • Track and research personal property tax open bills

  • Provide accounting support to the tax team and the groups

  • Assist with AR collections for personal property tax billings

  • Respond to Service Now incidents for assigned states

Minimum Qualifications Include:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience

  • Minimum 1 year year administrative experience

  • Intermediate PC knowledge with experience in Excel and Word

  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing in Accounting or Finance, strongly preferred

  • Proven written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated with both external and internal contacts

  • Accurate typing and data entry skills

  • Demonstrated ability to handle adversarial situations with a calm, professional and assertive demeanor

  • Comfortable working independently or on a team
