Enterprise Holdingas has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator. In this position one will interact with all levels and a variety of employees and departments. This is an active position and highly collaborative with the customers supported.

The Facilities Coordinator's primary responsibility is to schedule and set up meeting rooms and audio visual equipment. This position will meet with presenters or meeting facilitators to assist with conference room set-ups, AV equipment and computer needs along with troubleshooting equipment if needed. In addition, this role will support the badging system, administrative type duties like work order generation, space/occupancy walk-throughs, stocking and inventory of conference rooms and break rooms, and assisting as directed with moves, adds, changes, etc.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.


  • Schedule and perform set up of meeting rooms and audio visual equipment for meetings and other events

  • Schedule and perform set up for large special events

  • Perform regular maintenance on all of the conference room computers, AV and wireless equipment

  • Meet with presenters or facilitators to schedule meetings, assist in conference room/meeting planning, explain equipment, etc.

  • Perform “Dry-Run” for large special events to ensure all systems and presentations function properly

  • Communicate with Catering or Janitorial services as necessary for proper meeting set-up

  • Create and maintain training manuals for the audio visual equipment

  • Coordinate moves, adds, changes and/or may physically move an employee's office/cube depending on the campus location. This may include use of Request it to open, close, or follow tasks related to the Moves/Adds/Change process as well as reviewing cube/office for occupancy.

  • Receive work requests, create, issue and follow up on Work Orders in QBIC (Computerized maintenance

Management System

  • Back up support for the badging system, which includes creating, deleting and updating badges

  • Assist in overseeing group maintenance plans (custodial and preventative maintenance)

  • Assist with operating Closed Circuit Television Systems (CCTV), to include badge production, updating access levels and maintenance

  • Provide solutions and costs to replace outdated or broken A/V equipment

  • Perform inventory and stocking of Conference Rooms and Break Rooms as directed

  • Administrative work as directed (i.e. Department announcements, e-mails, reports)

  • Complete space planning walkthroughs and update and maintain campus space planning documents

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third party vendors and contractors

  • Build and maintain relationships with department contacts, serving as liaison between employees and Facilities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Six (6) months or more of general office experience required

  • One (1) or more years of Facilities representative or facilities experience required

  • One (1) year audio/visual experience or training preferred

  • Valid Driver's License with no alcohol or drug related event within the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years

  • Basic understanding of technology

  • Basic working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
