Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, currently has an opening for a License and Title Coordinator. This position will focus primarily on preparing renewals for vehicles with expiring license plates while handling the registrations of new vehicles. In addition, the Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for registration and renewal questions from Enterprise sales offices and customers. The ideal candidate is a professional communicator, has excellent customer service skills and is a self-motivated team player.

This exciting opportunity works 40 hours per week- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a starting salary range of $32,000-35,000 per year. In addition, we offer full benefits, 401K, profiting sharing and great discounts!

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as primary contact for license & title administrative needs for assigned state(s)

  • Process vehicle initial registrations & renewals

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, state motor vehicle departments and license & title services

  • Monitor vehicle registration and renewal status with state motor vehicle departments and license & title services

  • Troubleshoot license & title problems for customers and groups

  • Negotiate state motor vehicle department and license & title service processing fees

  • Act as the liaison between customers, groups, and state motor vehicle departments

  • Contact drivers requesting information required by states for renewals

  • Prepare backup of transactions for groups

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • Must be willing to accept $32,000-$35,000 per year

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • Minimum one year of administrative support experience in a professional office environment

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience

  • Intermediate skills of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
