Enterprise Holdings has an exciting opportunity for a Trade Coordinator on the Car Sales team. The Trade Coordinator will provide support to the Car Sales Shared Services division by tracking trade-in units, issuing trade payoffs and obtaining trade titles/lien releases from financial institutions. This position will work closely with our car sale branches and outside vendors to ensure a thorough vehicle trade-in process.

This exciting opportunity works 40 hours per week- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a starting salary of $33,000 per year. In addition, we offer full benefits, 401K, profiting sharing and great discounts!

  • Act as a primary contact for administrative trade questions for assigned groups

  • Communicate directly with Car Sale branch personnel for missing or incomplete information

  • Anticipate and troubleshoot trade issues that require immediate attention

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, groups and financial institutions

  • Pull working queries for pending trade sales and apply data to tracking log

  • Issue trade payoffs to financial institutions, dealers, etc. using PeopleSoft Financial

  • Obtain title and/or lien release from lenders, dealers or groups

  • Document trade log with thorough tracking information

  • Request duplicate titles from state DMVs

  • Work monthly balance sheet schedules to ensure payoff accuracy

  • Work monthly cost schedule in regards to trade-in units

  • Complete monthly accounting entries for trade adjustments

  • Assist with arbitrary deletes of trade unit numbers based on request

  • Assist with “We’ll Buy Your Car” payment process

  • Create efficiencies to ensure prompt payment and receiving of titles/lien releases

  • Maintain trade process and lender contacts in trade manual

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to accept $33,000 per year

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience

  • Minimum one year of administrative support experience

  • Intermediate knowledge and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office products (particularly excel)

  • Knowledge of Access and/or PeopleSoft Financial is a plus

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
