The Overflow Driver moves vehicles on and around the Enterprise, National and Alamo lots and the surrounding Airport grounds and parking lots. The Overflow driver must move at a quick pace while maintaining a timely and efficient process and obeying all rules of the road.
This position pays $13.75/hour. This is a seasonal position which means you may work up to 150 days. We can't extend employment beyond the 150 days for this position.

The Part Time Overflow Driver is responsible for the transporting of fleet cars and vans on and off the rental lot to overflow parking areas.
Drive and deliver vehicles locally, following all rules of the road
Deliver vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles
Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely
May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
May be asked to clean vehicle and/or keep vehicles clean during shift
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must have a valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 year.
Must have minimum of 1 year experience in the last 6 years in any of the following (will consider PT experience):
Customer service, administrative, labor, retail, etc.
Leadership role in civic or service group, non-profit organization or association, campus or other club (i.e., Rotary, Kiwanis, Junior League, VFW, Chamber of Commerce, student service organization, college clubs)
Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or college team athlete
OR be currently enrolled in college full time for a minimum of 1 year
Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years) criminal, employment reference, education, and social security. A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you for employment. Rather, such factors as age and date of conviction, seriousness and nature of the crime, and rehabilitation will be considered.

Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job (heavy lifting, vacuuming cars, bending down, moving quickly, and working outside) with or without reasonable accommodation.
