The Enterprise Truck Rental Division has an immediate opening for a full time Vehicle Service Attendant (VSA). Our Truck Rental Division provides transportation solutions within the truck rental industry. Our goal is to provide high service levels and clean, well-maintained trucks. The VSA will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and providing light maintenance on a diverse fleet of Medium- Duty trucks.

Full Time Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, occasional Saturdays 8am-11am
Pay Rate: $14.50/hr

Clean vehicle interior and exterior and also clean vehicle windshields, windows, mats, etc.
Drive various vehicles safely and efficiently while on and off the lot and while assisting with local vehicle deliveries and miscellaneous job related duties
Check and maintain fluid levels on all vehicles
Notify manager of any potential unsafe equipment, conditions and vehicle problems
Perform basic maintenance such as tire pressure, check fluids, replace marker lights, the lift gate, etc.
Keep work area, tools, and equipment organized and in clean and working condition
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance

High school diploma or GED required
Must be at least 21 years old
Must be able to read and speak English
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least 1 year
Must accept $14.50/hour
Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the last 3 years) criminal, employment reference, education and social security. A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you for employment, rather, such factors as age and date of conviction, seriousness and nature of the crime, and rehabilitation will be considered. Applicants will not be asked about their criminal record and no criminal background checks will be conducted unless and until a conditional offer of employment has been extended.
Apart from religious observation are you available to work the following schedule: Full Time: Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, occasional Saturdays 8am-11am
We are subject to certain Department of Transportation Regulations
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be qualified to drive under D.O.T. regulations. Applicants will be required to submit an appropriate medical examiner's certificate, or submit to and successfully complete a D.O.T. medical examination.
Full Time Rent-A-Truck Employees
Every Full Time employee whose job duties include the operation of trucks must comply with the following restrictions:
Employees must have had at least 10 consecutive hours “off duty” in order to even report to work
Employees must not drive more than 11 hours in a day
Employees must not drive after the 14 th hour after coming “on duty”
Employees must not drive after having been “on duty” for 60 hours in 7 consecutive days
In our efforts to ensure the safety of employees and customers, as well as to ensure compliance with the above restrictions, all Full Time employees working for the Enterprise Rent-A-Truck Division whose job duties include the operation of trucks are prohibited from accepting any form of secondary employment with another employer. Volunteer work or other non-compensated work is not prohibited.
