We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Coordinator (Level I) at the Birmingham Airport. The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for the quality control (QC) processes to ensure compliance with our Complete Clean Pledge. The primary responsibility of this position is inspection of all vehicles to verify adherence to Complete Clean Pledge prior to vehicles being placed on the ready-line. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated!

Inspection of vehicles as part of the QC process to ensure compliance with Complete Clean Pledge
Ensure cleanliness of vehicles prior to moving to the ready-line
Monitor all aspects of vehicle movement on and off the lot for the entire fleet at the location(s) including offsite lots and 3rd party overflow parking lots
Manage driver activity to and from the airport including the coordination of pick-ups and drop offs on and off site with vendors to and from a variety of locations while ensuring that new car stock, in fleet units, and resales/turnbacks vehicles are moved to the best location to maximize lot space and traffic flow
Maintain current registration and ensure all expired license plates are grounded by working closely with staff to provide support on title registration, fleet maintenance, maintenance tracking on vehicles, turnback recording, duplicate key procedures, and other special projects
Execution of daily fleet inventory unit counts
Act as the point of contact for the driver team on a daily basis
Provide administrative support for the Fleet Supervisor and assistance to Branch Managers, Assistant Managers, and Vehicle Repair where needed
Act as a point of contact for Managers to get specific upgrade vehicles for customers
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
