Enterprise Mobility Customer Experience Representative in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) at The Pittsburgh International Airport !

The responsibilities in this position include providing a high level of customer service to customers, primarily face-to-face and supporting their rental needs. The CXR will also offer company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This individual facilitates the rental process through verifying all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.

This position pays 19.00 / hour plus monthly a bonus potential of up to $1000 / month.

There are multiple available schedules for this position:

  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday 2:00pm-12:00am and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday OFF

  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 2:00pm-12:00am and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday OFF

  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:00pm-2:00am, and Friday and Saturday OFF

  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 5:00pm-2:00am, and Thursday and Friday OFF

  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 4:00am-12:00pm, and Thursday and Friday OFF

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment

  • Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information

  • Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned

  • Assist to assess condition of rental upon return

  • Notify Management of any known customer problems

  • Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance

  • Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violation or at-fault accident in the past 3 years

  • No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (ie., DUI/DWI).

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

  • Must be willing to work at the Pittsburgh International Airport location

  • Must be able to work one of the availible schedules listed in the job posting.
