We are currently looking to recruit a Reporting Coordinator to be based at our European Corporate office in Egham, Surrey. The successful candidate will work within an established team of five other analysts. Within this role you will work closely with the Sales teams across Europe, as well as Senior Management, to provide reports and information on the current business and assist with tender opportunities.

The department’s fundamental aims are to provide our customers (both internal and external) with accurate information in a timely and efficient manner. If you enjoy interpreting and presenting data that will help to decide the direction of the company in future years then this is the role for you.

  • Develop and compile scheduled reports to assist internal strategies and client business reviews

  • Research to complete varied reports such as detailed analysis of business sectors to enhance Director decision making

  • Collaborate with other departments on projects such as IT for data mining, Sales team for profitability reviews

  • Review existing processes to create efficiencies

  • Maintenance and development of a suite of reporting tools

  • Continuous communication with key stakeholders on issues affecting operations

  • Other special projects as required

  • Financial Business Analysis experience preferred

  • Skilled in data analysis and confident working with Microsoft Excel

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Good communicator – both written and verbal

  • Ability to learn and challenge existing procedures

  • Team player

  • Ability to interpret and present data

  • Must have strong organisational & planning skills

  • Ability to think independently
