Enterprise Holdings Sales Coordinator - International Tour & Travel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Enterprise Holdings has an opportunity for a Sales Coordinator in their International Tour & Travel department. This position is responsible for assisting the LAC/Asia Sales team in the completion of their duties by providing ongoing support both internally and externally. This position is responsible for running and creating customer reports, as well as the maintenance of sales presentations, customer contracts, Profit and Loss models, mailings and other correspondence. In addition, this person will ensure the overall preparation and coordination of the contract process, revenue and expense tracking, and budget submission and measurement.

This position will be based at the South Florida Regional office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

  • Run and create customer reports; maintain and update contract language as guided by management

  • Maintain and update profit and loss models by account

  • Maintain and update presentations for sales group and management

  • Support sales team with mailings and other correspondence

  • Facilitate the loading of key pieces of information into systems

  • Maintain paper and electronic files

  • Run account reports as requested by sales

  • Answer incoming phone lines

  • Liaison with customer service in resolving escalated matters

Minimum:

  • Associate's Degree required

  • One (1) year of customer service and/or reporting experience required

  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and/or Asian languages preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook required
