Enterprise Holdings Service Center Coordinator in Kansas City, Missouri


The Kansas City Airport has an exciting opportunity for a Service Center Coordinator

With our ongoing positive growth and productivity of the Service Center we are pleased to announce a new addition to our Vehicle Repair Team at the Kansas City Airport location!

The Serivice Center Coordinator ensures that all operating standards, invoices, parts and tire purchases, and all shop work orders and invoice processing are completed according to policy and procedure.

This position is located at the Kansas City Airport Service Center at 648 N Madrid, Kansas City, MO 64153.

This position will be working Friday - Monday


  • Primary Responsibilities but not limited to;

  • Will oversee lot security at this location

  • May assist in some branch administrative and auditing duties, normally done by management team

  • Assist to assess condition of rental and create damage reports as needed

  • Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance

  • Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training

  • Assist with the organization of the lot on a daily basis and help to diagnose issues with vehicles.

  • Assist with coordination of third party vendors and city drivers

  • Assist with vehicle movements to various shops

  • Assist with vehicle updates from shops on completion date and arrangement of vehicle pickup

  • Assist with regular inventorying of units and reconciliation of unaccounted units daily

  • Assist with sending out daily reports to management.

  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance

  • Perform miscellaneous job related duties assigned by management.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must have valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.

  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past three years.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

  • Must have at least 2 years of prior Automotive Technician experience

  • Must be willing to work outside in all of the elements

  • Must be able to work the weekend shift; Friday- Monday
