Responsibilities

The Product Management Manager will lead the strategic product initiatives for Entegral that initially includes our Network Management products as well as other applications. This position is responsible for developing and managing an overall product portfolio roadmap based on a deep understanding of customer needs, company strategy and the industry. This position requires intense collaboration across multiple IT and business groups as well as knowledge of technical concepts to lead both the definition and execution of a well thought out product strategy.

  • Lead the ideation of new and innovative technology products for customers; partner and coordinate with operational groups, IT and internal and external partners to define product strategy based on customer needs and long term organizational strategy

  • Develop, through stakeholder collaboration, a cohesive vision for the Network Management product line, including conceptualization, ideation, opportunity assessment and prioritization

  • Manage product process, including creating and maintaining a living roadmap and overseeing business and functional product requirements.

  • Collaborate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders to bring new products and features to market

  • Understand the business strategies, goals and ROI measurements of Entegral products

  • Establish key performance indicators for evaluating product health and growth

  • Lead and recommend product enhancements to address customer needs or improve competitive advantage; lead others as they gather information on competition and technologies that may have an effect on or create an opportunity for the product

  • Understand technology design and architecture, user-centric design, Software Development Lifecycle and agile methodologies to ensure delivery of well aligned, high value solutions

  • Evaluate, select and manage outside vendor relationships as needed

  • Stay abreast of new technologies to best serve Entegral goals

  • Participate in industry events, conferences and tradeshows

  • Skilled in developing effective partnership relationships with stakeholders

  • Experience in presenting both strategic and technical information to all levels of management including executive audiences

  • Ability to negotiate terms, set expectations, measure effectiveness and communicate satisfaction

  • Proven leadership in a team-oriented environment demonstrating the ability to work cross functionally to complete projects in an effective, time-efficient manner

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats; attention to detail and an eye for quality

  • Self-motivated, accountable and results-oriented

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • At least 1 year experience working with APIs

  • 4-6 years of experience in product development, including strategy, planning, execution, launch and support

  • 2+ years experience working with product management frameworks and methodologies

  • 2+ years experience developing product roadmaps with a focus on delivering customer value iteratively

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Moderate domestic travel to company offices or meetings as required when safety travel guidelines are in place

  • For flexible or full remote work from home positions, reliable high speed internet connection and dedicated work space are required

  • Must be located in one of the following locations: AZ, CA, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, TN, VA, WA or WI

Preferred:

  • Expertise operating in a matrixed environment, successfully balancing needs of customers across a portfolio of current and future products

  • Ability to advocate agile frameworks and principles

  • Experience working with Jira or other agile development workflow tools

  • Proficiency with digital roadmapping tools

  • Experience establishing and reporting on product metrics and KPI’s

  • Master's Degree
