Overview

The Product Management Manager will lead strategic product initiatives for Entegral applications. This position is responsible for developing and managing an overall online product portfolio roadmap based on a deep understanding of customer needs, company strategy and the industry. This position requires intense collaboration across multiple IT and business groups and knowledge of technical concepts to lead both the definition and execution of a well thought out product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation of new and innovative technology products for customers; partner and coordinate with operational groups, IT and internal and external partners to define product strategy based on customer needs and the long-term organizational strategy

  • Develop, through stakeholder collaboration, a cohesive vision for the Network Management product line, including conceptualization, ideation, opportunity assessment, and prioritization 0%

  • Manage product process, including creating and maintaining a living roadmap and overseeing business and functional product requirements

  • Collaborate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders to bring new products and features to the market

  • Understand the business strategies, goals, and ROI measurements of Entegral products

  • Establish key performance indicators for evaluating product health and growth

  • Lead and recommend product enhancements to address customer needs or improve competitive advantage; lead others as they gather information on competition and technologies that may have an effect on or create an opportunity for the product

  • Understand the business and rental strategies, goals and ROI measurements for Entegral products

  • Establish key performance indicators for evaluating product health and growth

  • Understand technology design and architecture, user-centric design, Software Development Lifecycle and agile methodologies to ensure delivery of well aligned, high value solutions

  • Evaluate, select and manage outside vendor relationships as needed

  • Stay abreast of new technologies to serve Entegral goals

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and tradeshows

  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4+ years experience in product development, including leading product strategy, planning, execution, launch, and support

  • 2+ years experience working with product management frameworks in an agile development environment

  • 2+ years experience developing product roadmaps with a focus on delivering customer value iteratively

  • At least 1 year experience working with API driven products

  • 2+ years experience working with Jira or other agile development workflow tools

  • Moderate domestic travel required

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred:

  • Experience establishing and reporting on product metrics and KPI's

  • Experience in the collision and vehicle repair industry

  • Experience with modern data platform architecture and data management best practices

Qualified candidates should also possess:

  • Skills in developing effective partnership relationships with stakeholders

  • Experience in presenting both strategic and technical information to all levels of management, including executive audiences

  • Ability to negotiate terms, set expectations, measure effectiveness, and communicate satisfaction

  • Proven leadership in a team-oriented environment demonstrating the ability to work cross-functionally to complete projects in a practical, time-efficient manner

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats; attention to detail and an eye for quality

  • Ability to be self-motivated, accountable and results-oriented
