Enterprise Holdings Full Time Lot Attendant/Fuel Reclamation Specialist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

We are currently seeking an independent, detail-oriented individual that can work FULL TIME (40 hours/week) as a Lot Attendant/Fuel Reclamation Specialist at our off site airport facility at 5131 South 3rd st., Milwaukee. The primary role of this position is utilizing a fuel reclamation machine to reclaim and transfer fuel between vehicles. Secondary responsibilities are to perform vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, and paperwork. In addition, this person is responsible for light maintenance on vehicles, completing pre-delivery safety inspections and conducting in-fleeting procedures. This position requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and is of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative.

Pay for this position starts at $11.50/hour plus full benefits, and may increase based on performance. Hours needed to be filled are Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Transfer fuel from rental vehicles utilizing reclamation equipment

  • Lot organization & management of vehicle inventory – in a safe & efficient manner

  • Maintain and organize key security and update inventory location

  • Work independently without immediate supervision

  • Occasional cleaning of vehicles inside and out

  • Notify Manager of potential unsafe equipment, conditions and vehicle problem

  • Perform safe driving of vehicles throughout lot

  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-fleet servicing on new vehicles according to company required procedures and utilizing the manufacturer delivery checklist

  • Inspect new vehicle deliveries from transporter for damages and/or missing parts and complete the delivery receipt as required by the manufacturer

  • Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk and outside vehicle

  • New car preparation

  • Perform light maintenance on vehicles in fleet

  • Daily check in of vehicles (deletes, new & used car stock and lease disposals)

  • Arrange minor repairs & reconditioning and coordinate pickup and deliver

  • Demonstrate good time management and organizational skills

  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:

  • Requires the ability to work outside

  • Ability to withstand moderate physical activity including standing, walking, crouching and bending for extended periods of time

  • Cannot have held more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years

  • Must have valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • Must be willing to accept $11.50/Hour to start

  • Aside from religious observation, must be able to work the following shift at the Administrative Office in Waukesha

  • Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:00pm
