As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Mobility is excited to announce the opening of a Year Round Automotive Maintenance Coordinator Intern!

The Maintenance Coordinator Intern will primarily be responsible for working with repair vendors throughout the US and Canada to negotiate and approve prices on tires and/or maintenance services for leased vehicles. This person also consults with our customers and sales team on vehicle maintenance.

This is a work from home position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in Orlando, FL or surrounding FL counties. Our department operates between the hours of Monday through Friday 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. The schedules offered are based on current business needs.

This is a part time position and offers a starting pay of $17.00 per hour.

This position also has the opportunity to earn an additional $0.25/hr for each current ASE certification you hold in this list: A1-A9, T4, T8, C1, G1, & X11.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional working relationships with customers, vendors and sales groups

• Contact customers and sales groups to advise on maintenance issues via phone and e-mail

• Analyze tire requests to ensure correct application

• Negotiate tire pricing and maintenance

• Evaluate maintenance requests for necessity and to avoid duplicated services

• Pro-actively recommend maintenance services

• Communicate billing procedures and requirements to repair facilities

• Process maintenance invoices for payment

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Include:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must live the Orlando, FL area or immediate surrounding FL counties

• Must live in the state of Florida

• Currently a student, pursing an automotive degree

• Previous experience in a in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility or dealership preferred

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Available to work 20-25 hours a week during the school semester

• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications a plus

• Must be willing to accept starting pay of $17.00 per hour

• Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Work from Home (WFH) Technical Requirements:

• Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)

• High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 25Mb is required. Connection latency must be less than 100ms. (Please validate using a speed test tool such as http://www.speedtest.net/ )
