Enterprise Holdings Remarketing Car Sales Administrator in St. Charles, Illinois
Enterprise s currently looking for a Remarketing Car Sale Administrator for our Group office in Lombard, Illinois. This position works closely with the Remarketing sales team to handle the administrative duties once our cars are pulled from rental. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, dependable and a team player.
The position provides an optional flexible schedule which allows an employee to work four 10 hour days with a “flex day” off during the week (certain limitations apply). This position also allows for a Casual Dress Code.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Review and process Buyer’s Orders for remarketing wholesale units
Help track and monitor sellable inventories (Vehicles)
Assign and send out vehicle titles and keys to buyers timely
Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for the remarketing sales team
Process cash receipts for payments from buyers
Filing & other general administrative duties
Provide exceptional customer service to both our sales team and buyers.
