Enterprise Holdings Adobe Experience Product Owner - Marketing Technology - Remote in St. Louis, Missouri

The Adobe Experience Product Owner will focus on our Daily Rental, Mobility and Lines of Business digital products (websites and mobile apps) built on the Adobe Platform and related technologies, as well as cross-platform tool integrations supporting marketing, advertising, and communications channels. This includes providing end-to-end digital expertise and business process support using Adobe Experience Manager and other related technologies integrated with AEM to deliver premium web experiences to our customers.

The Product Owner is responsible for executing the digital vision and strategy for assigned technologies to support EHI's marketing and business initiatives. This role partners with teams across the organization to understand business requirements, build and maintain technologies, and successfully lead agile projects through their respective lifecycles. The Product Owner will work with internal technology and marketing teams, as well as their external agency partners, to understand EHI's overall digital strategy and provide a clear solution description and outline of product features for easy comprehension and consumption by development teams and business partners.

This position reports into our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO. For St. Louis based candidates, this is a hybrid position. For candidates outside of St. Louis, remote work is available.

  • Manage product roadmaps for platform features and capabilities to ensure alignment of product development efforts with strategic business plans

  • Consult with marketing, creative production, and product development teams to address business needs and product growth plans

  • Work across teams to understand business cases and goals in order to execute on the vision

  • Partner with and serve as a liaison between Marketing, IT, other internal partners and external vendors to ensure products are meeting marketing strategies and objectives

  • Lead the implementation of projects to ensure successful completion within appropriate budget guidelines and project timelines

  • Use product lifecycle and agile methodologies to ensure delivery of well-aligned, high value solutions

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within owned technologies to evaluate product performance and growth, and drive leadership buy-in and business cases for continued investment

  • Lead development events including planning, refinement, review, retrospective, sprints and daily scrums

  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to business and product strategy

  • Owns the elaboration of epics, themes and writing user stories

  • Evaluate the product progress at the end of every Sprint and accept or reject completed stories

  • Communicate project status to stakeholders

  • Keep a pulse on current and evolving technologies and methodologies to shape recommendations and goals for asset distribution channel capabilities

  • Data and content modeling, authoring, governance, and distribution

  • Support, troubleshooting and administration of production solutions

  • Design and conduct regular audits to measure and ensure operational effectiveness

  • Contribute to the analysis of new or existing technology solutions and vendors including service provider relationships, SLAs, contracts, and day-to-day operations

  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting

  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

  • Communicates project status to stakeholders

  • Advise on areas of risk, raise issues early and provide work-in-progress status

  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other applicable field

  • Two (2+) or more years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, or equivalent experience

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future


  • Experience working in an Agile environment

  • Experience with web content management technology platforms (e.g. Sitecore, Acquia, WordPress, OpenText, Contentful, etc.), website and app management, and digital asset management

  • Experience with managing and/or being a high-value contributor on creative production projects and digital product development initiatives (including guiding and collaborating with cross-functional project teams, internal customers, external agencies and vendors)
