Enterprise Holdings Airport Properties & Relations Specialist - Airport Properties & Relations in St. Louis, Missouri
The Airport Properties and Relations Specialist will analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPSs)/bids issued by airports, airport lease and concession agreements and prepare and submit bids and proposals on behalf of the Enterprise, National and Alamo brands. This person will also develop airport bid, lease and concession agreement summaries for Airport Properties and Relations Directors and Vice Presidents, and other departments as needed. The ability to provide guidance and analysis to colleagues and field management is critical to this position.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO, with a hybrid schedule available.
Review airport RFPs/bid documents and prepare bid/proposal submissions and other legal documents to airport authorities on behalf of the Groups.
Participate in the bid process: create analysis of airport bid/RFP requirements (Bid Analysis memo), draft formal questions to airport authorities regarding RFP/bid specifications, attend strategy calls, etc.
Collect/compile all RFP/bid requirements per specification, request organizational documentation in order to meet contract terms.
Research EHI business statistics and translate into language appropriate for bid submission. Organize documentation into presentable format to provide a complete bid to airports.
Ability to manage up to 5 airport bids at one time, meeting all critical dates/deadlines, in addition to various other side projects (as further described below).
Review and provide comments/guidance on airport concession agreements, facility leases, amendments, extensions, etc.
Provide agreement interpretations and assist operating groups and Directors in drafting language and correspondence to Airports.
Generate and maintain custom reporting in all areas of Airport location information, including ad hoc requests.
Partner with Supplier Diversity in implementing Group engagement in the procurement of Airport Concession Disadvantage Business Enterprise (ACDBE) compliance; assist, as needed, the Groups in the administration of the ACDBE Certification Assistance Program.
Maintain and cultivate relations with other EHI departments and employees; know the “go-to” people for referrals of department staff.
Participate in development of new bidding process/procedures.
Become an expert in existing and new management tools, software and other systems for department.
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Three (3+) or more years of experience in contract (e.g., real estate/property) and/or transactional matters in a corporate setting
Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
