Overview
About the Role
The Analytics Training Specialist is responsible for the implementation of a training and assessment framework designed to grow critical data analytics capabilities and competencies across the organization. This involves sourcing, designing, developing, and maintaining a suite of business intelligence training material including, but not limited to Microsoft Power BI training modules, company specific data analysis and visualization training modules, best practices documentation, helpful user resources, and more. The Training Specialist works with the Data & Analytics team and leadership to address skills gaps and achieve analytics training objectives across the organization.

Responsibilities
Curate and maintain a Power BI training program consisting of both internally and externally developed content that informs all skill levels of content creators and consumers
Develop relevant training and best practice documentation focusing on EHI-based data to provide relatable content for both business intelligence content creators and consumers including but not limited to job aids, lesson plans, and quick-start guides
Collaborate with designers, team leadership, and other teammates on analytics products
Assess Power BI adoption and creator maturity to tailor training to current needs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in data visualization and BI including but not limited to knowledge of advanced features of Microsoft Power BI
Support BI related creator and consumer help requests
Develop and maintain a best practice workflow for transforming legacy reporting into interactive, insights-rich business intelligence reports and dashboards

Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must have one or more years of Visualized Reporting experience
Must have one or more years of relevant data analysis or reporting experience
Preferred:
Experience with production reporting tools such as SSRS, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
Experience developing and delivering training to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with employee coaching and talent development
