The Brand Design Specialist will help shape our brand experience and design through a customer-focused, insights-based approach utilizing conceptual thinking and design development. The Brand Design Specialist will execute the brand(s) visual strategy, consistently applying branding elements across customer touchpoints, with a focus on retail environment design, as well as supporting overall brand design elements. This position is a highly collaborative role and partners closely with facility teams (corporate and local), vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure brand, business, and customer needs are met. This person will effectively communicate, collaborate, educate and provide guidance on how to properly represent and elevate the brands.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.
Manage application of branded programs for facility projects with internal and agency resources, including day-to-day training and guidance to consistently apply brand program standards and expertise, and bring 2D plans to life in 3D rendering recommendations. Determine and recommend solutions in situations where standards cannot be met.
Provide consistent brand recommendations to guide implementation, identify key challenges and provide recommendations to maximize brand impact and create effective branded solutions. Provide guidance as requested if issues arise.
Ensure brand and tradedress compliance and consistency. This encompasses brand and tradedress standards for all brands, including logo, graphic standards, artwork, physical components, materials, and sign usage and involves collaborating with Marketing teams, agencies, corporate departments, groups, and vendors.
Assist in developing standards, guides, artwork, training internal/external partners on proper execution of standards, and with special projects as needed.
Audit our location environments, including site and sign plans. Develop branding and wayfinding strategies, informational system hierarchies, review graphics, and make site-specific recommendations.
Lead projects full-cycle with heavy project management by developing project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables to meet business expectations.

Three (3) years of related project management experience
Three (3) years of Marketing/Branding experience
One (1) year of environmental design experience
One (1) year of graphic design experience preferred
