Enterprise Holdings Business Administration Internship (Year-Round)-Fleet Management in St. Louis, Missouri

Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Holdings is currently searching for a Year-Round Business Administration Intern. Enterprise Fleet Management is a privately held, full-service fleet management business for companies, government agencies and organizations with medium-sized fleets. With more than 50 fully staffed offices nationwide, our team of experts can assemble a customized or full-service fleet management program that is just right for each business.

This intern will be exposed to real life work experience along with administrative functions within their department. The ideal candidate must be professional, detail oriented, and a self-motivated team player.

The intern must be able to work 20-25 hours per week during the Fall 2018/Spring 2019 semesters. This position starts at $10.50 per hour.

This position is located at: 9315 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63132

  • Organize and create efficiencies in sending out vehicle Renewal stickers and license plates

  • Assist and support Coordinators with renewals, registrations, and other assignments

  • Create and update database notes for Renewals and Registrations

  • Distribute mail for the L&T teams and send weekly mail to group offices

  • Assist with copying Registrations, Renewals and organizing paperwork to Xerox

  • Manage and maintain vehicle title inventory for the centralized title management process

  • Perform regular title audits to ensure defined standards are met

  • Resolve missing titles and issues surrounding missing/incorrect titles by working with state DMV's, selling dealers, and other parties

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Currently a Junior or Senior, enrolled full-time for the Fall 2018 semester pursuing a bachelor’s degree

  • Ability to work 20-25 hours per week for the Fall/Spring Semesters

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products

  • 6 months of Customer service experience

  • 6 months of admin/clerical/office experience

  • Must be willing to accept $10.50/hour
