Enterprise Holdings Business Administration Year Round Internship-Fleet Management in St. Louis, Missouri

Overview

Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Holdings, is currently searching for a Year-Round Business Administration Intern to work within our New Vehicle Acquisition Department. Our Operations Center provides a wide range of services for our leasing customers across the country.

This intern will be exposed to real life work experience along with administrative functions within their department. The ideal candidate must be professional, detail oriented and a self-motivated team player.

This exciting opportunity works 20-25 hours per week during the Spring 2021 and Fall 2021 semesters. During the summer, this position would work Monday-Friday 40 hours per week.

Starting pay is $12.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting pertaining to vehicle acquisition and aftermarket installation.

  • Partner with the members of the New Vehicle Acquisition Department to respond to and answer questions from the sales team in our field.

  • Create and distribute various reports provided to all levels of management and the manufacturers.

  • Update internal databases and spreadsheets.

  • Provide status updates to management.

  • Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • A sophomore or above, currently enrolled full-time in a college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree.

  • Ability to work 20-25 hours per week during the Spring/Fall Semesters and 40 hours per week during the summer.

  • Experience with Mircrosoft Office products.

  • 6 months of customer service experience.

  • 6 months of administrative/office experience.

  • Must be willing to accept $12.00 per hour

Work from Home Requirements:

  • Must have a permanent residence in Missouri.

  • Have permanent residence with defined working space (home office, spare bedroom, etc.) that is clean, ventilated and quiet.

  • Working space with working smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Work from Home Technical Requirements:

  • Computer running a mainstream supported version of Windows or MacOS (currently Windows 7+ or MacOS 12+)

  • Minimum of 4GB RAM (the cloud based system will use a minimum of 1G RAM)

  • High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload and download speed of 3Mb or greater (please validate using a speed test tool such as http://www.speedtest.net/)

  • Working web camera

  • Workstations should connect directly to the ISP router using an Ethernet cable (wireless connections are allowed but be aware of signal strength, interference, and other factors)

  • Apple or Android smartphone is needed to download the Authenticator app (must be running a current mainstream supported operating system and Internet browser version)

  • Internet browsers: Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari

  • Anti-virus software must be installed and kept running at all times (included w/ Windows 10)

  • Operating system patches must be installed and kept up to date
