The Ticketing Domain Services team is responsible for development of services that provide rental fulfillment capabilities to multiple Business applications. The team works closely with a number of Business application teams that utilize an array of technology such as tablets, kiosks, mobile applications and websites. The Ticketing Domain Services team is in the process of evolving its services products to incorporate new API strategies and tools, European functionality, more targeted business capabilities, and to expand our client portfolio. It is a very exciting time to be a part of the Ticketing Domain Services team, as we support the development of new clients and enable our business to grow.

As a Business Analyst on the Ticketing Domain Services Team, you will work with internal IT client teams and development teams to define and support new and existing services. This role involves maintaining design and coding standards, contributing to design and analysis for development of new business capabilities, and answering requirements questions. Since the products supported by our team are backend services, requirements gathering can be more technical in nature and requires some knowledge of code and database concepts. You will also help with testing efforts and triaging support questions and issues. Responsibilities include helping to groom and estimate code fixes or enhancements, managing development priorities and gathering requirements for large project efforts. You will work closely with project managers, architects, testers and technical leads to help deliver high quality solutions based on the requirements you gather. As a Business Analyst, you will help to direct services development work to the appropriate teams, and oversee that work through all software development phases.

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a technical IT Business Analyst role or similar IT role

  • 2+ years of experience in developing, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting, and maintaining business and functional requirements

  • Must have knowledge of all phases of the software development life-cycle (SDLC)

  • Must be able to effectively manage time and multi-task

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and customer focus

  • Motivated self-starter with good desktop technology skills

  • Proficient knowledge of application office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must have ability to effectively communicate with various business and IT teams

  • Must have ability to identify potential problems and solve issues

  • Must be creative and innovative

  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field

  • Knowledge of project management tools, such as MS Project and JIRA

  • Knowledge and experience with Agile or "Agile-like" software development methodology

  • Knowledge of code and database concepts
