In this role, you will be a member of our Risk Management Department and serve as a customer service expert through daily interaction by phone and email. A typical work week is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8-7pm. You will have a set schedule that is typically 8-5 four days of the week and one day 10-7. After one year in the role, additional promotional advancement opportunities are available within Risk Management.
The starting salary is $32,000 - $35,000 per year based on experience with the opportunity to earn more within the first year after passing department certifications! In addition, we offer full benefits, 401K, profit sharing and great discounts.

Responsibilities
Process incoming phone calls and initiate outbound calls with customers, vendors, insurance agencies, companies, group personnel, as they relate to our risk management and insurance programs
Facilitate the coordination of glass claims and roadside assistance with customers and national vendors based on customer need
Negotiate with glass and tow vendors to ensure fair and accurate pricing
Communicate with management and customers on losses that exceed approval limits
Administer third party liability claim reporting by submitting information to applicable brokers and carriers
Distribute or assist with voicemail and mobile app inquiries for claim team members
Initiate first party claims, determine repair facility and assign appropriate responsibilities to department teams
Validate, extend and monitor rentals that are part of active claims, updating information in multiple systems as needed

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications include:
Minimum of six months of administrative support experience
Minimum of one year of customer service experience
Previous experience working in a call center or reception position preferred
Previous experience drafting, composing and editing communications preferred
Intermediate skills of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship from our company now or in the future
Must be willing to accept a salary in the range of $32,000-$35,000 annually
