Enterprise Holdings Customer Service Internship - Summer in St. Louis, Missouri


Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Holdings, has a multiple internship opportunities for Customer Service Coordinators for our National Service Department. Customer Service Interns will assist our roadside and customer service teams by providing outstanding customer support.

The Coordinator is primarily responsible for follow-up communication with vendors, sales teams, and clients regarding automotive maintenance and repairs. The Customer Service Coordinator Interns will also address client approval emails and notify repair facilities of said approval. The Coordinator may also assist with various administrative duties and projects related to the maintenance process. The ideal candidate will be able to think outside the box to resolve unique challenges, adapt to change and manage competing priorities.

The starting pay for this internship is $14.00 per hour. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-5pm CST (40 hours per week) from May-August 2023.

This is a full-time remote summer internship and open to current students who will be living in St. Louis, MO during the summer of 2023.


  • Follow up with customers, repair facilities and branches on vehicle repair status via phone or email

  • Input information roadside and repair statuses into working system (Auto Integrate)

  • Handle any special projects or duties as assigned

  • Must have permanent residence in the state of Missouri

  • Must have permanent residence in St. Louis or an immediate surrounding county during the summer of 2023

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree

  • A sophomore or above, enrolled full-time for the Fall 2023 semester in a college or university

  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, up to 40 hours a week from May-August 2023

  • 6 months customer service experience

  • 3 months admin/clerical/office experience

  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Products

  • Must be willing to accept $14.00 per hour

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Work from Home (WFH) Requirements:

  • Must have a permanent residence in St. Louis, Missouri

  • Have permanent residence with defined working space (home office, spare bedroom, etc.) that is clean, ventilated and quiet

  • Working space with working smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit

Work from Home (WFH) Technical Requirements:

  • Computer running a mainstream supported version of Windows or MacOS (currently Windows 7+ or MacOS 12+)

  • Minimum of 4GB RAM (the cloud based system will use a minimum of 1G RAM)

  • High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload and download speed of 3Mb or greater (please validate using a speed test tool such as http://www.speedtest.net/)

  • Working web camera for virtual collaboration

  • Workstations should connect directly to the ISP router using an Ethernet cable (wireless connections are allowed but be aware of signal strength, interference, and other factors)

  • Apple or Android smartphone is needed to download the Authenticator app (must be running a current mainstream supported operating system and Internet browser version)

  • Internet browsers: Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari

  • Anti-virus software must be installed and kept running at all times (included w/ Windows 10)

  • Operating system patches must be installed and kept up to date
