Enterprise Holdings Direct Marketing Specialist in St. Louis, Missouri

Enterprise Holdings Marketing team has an immediate opening for a a Direct Marketing Specialist. The Direct Marketing Specialist is responsible for the design and execution of B2B or B2C direct marketing initiatives (primarily email) to support business strategies and objectives across a three brand portfolio. This position plays a key role supporting business needs by creating and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing the performance of existing programs making recommendations to drive acquisition and retention strategies and to increase customer lifetime value.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.

  • Serve as the primary contact for management and execution of direct marketing initiatives (primarily email) across a three brand portfolio

  • Manage day-to-day email marketing efforts, including email communication strategy, acquisition and retention efforts, customer journey and segmentation efforts, creative and content, email review and QA, reporting, measurement and optimization

  • Partner with teams in Marketing, Operations, and IT, as well as external vendors, to support marketing efforts

  • Manage and lead marketing projects to ensure all campaigns meet deadlines and corporate standards/requirements

  • Manage campaign workflows, list development, and deployment through marketing automation tools

  • Make recommendations for enhancing campaign effectiveness, ways to streamline processes, and create synergies while optimizing resources and costs

  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Maintain current knowledge of direct marketing best practices as well as compliance requirements as defined by CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and TCPA laws

  • Help manage third party agency partners

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or other applicable field required

  • Three (3) or more years direct, online or database marketing experience, preferably in email marketing, in an agency setting or marketing department, required

  • Three (3) or more years hands-on experience using marketing automation tools to support B2B or B2C Marketing efforts(e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot), required

  • Experience analyzing key marketing metrics

  • Experience in management of third-party vendors, preferred

  • Experience using data to develop actionable insights, preferred

  • Retail, travel or automotive experience, preferred

  • International marketing experience, preferred

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
