We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic communications professional to join our team to support these efforts, in the role of Employee Communications Manager. This person will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communications strategies with a focus on all things People and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). You will work with a team of communications professionals to promote and protect Enterprise Holdings’ reputation, support overall business growth and help position the organization as an employer of choice. Exceptional communications skills (written and verbal), the ability to translate strategy into action, and a demonstrated ability to influence leaders at all levels is a must.
Ideally, candidates for this role will have communications experience working with leadership in a medium to large sized company and/or communications agency. Previous experience assisting with communications strategy and direction with a global audience is a plus.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative communications strategies to inform, influence, inspire and engage employees around our People and DEI efforts.
Develop strategic messages and narratives that demonstrates EH’s work, progress and leadership in these key areas.
Source stories and develop creative content to illustrate and bring to life company culture and values, along with highlighting People and DEI efforts.
Provide communications counsel and executive communications support for senior executives in Human Resources (HR) and Office of Diversity (DEI). This includes preparing leaders for internal and external engagements by developing messages, briefings, social media and speech writing.
Establish and maintain relationships with a broad network of internal stakeholders, including local HR teams, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and DEI Councils to foster two-way communication and to help amplify People and DEI initiatives and progress.
Support change management communication activities in conjunction with broader communications team and function leaders.
Partner with colleagues in HR and Office of Diversity on other initiatives as needed.
Be an integral part of the communications team, helping to define, refine and measure impact of communication strategies.

Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English or other related field
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must have 7+ years of related communications experience
Must have 2+ years of Internal/Employee Communications experience (experience within a medium to large sized company and/or communications agency preferred)
Must have proven experience in executive writing and counsel
