Enterprise Fleet Management is a privately held, full-service fleet management business for companies, government agencies and organizations with medium-sized fleets. This position will be involved with all aspects of Human Resources Management including employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, employee development, payroll and compensation. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your leadership and knowledge. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.

This position is located at: 9315 Olive Blvd, St Louis, MO. and offers a hybrid schedule of in-office and work from home. Compensation starts at $63,200/yr based on experience, plus full benefits, 401K matching, profit sharing, and great discounts!


  • Serves as an HR business partner to managers regarding the right course of action to take to limit exposure and increase employee engagement

  • Act as a subject matter expert regarding payroll, benefits, policies, guidelines, etc.

  • Interpret and apply federal/state employment laws as well as company policies and procedures

  • Develop and execute project plans for various HR initiatives

  • Assist with employee situations and investigations

  • Manage FMLA leaves

  • Respond to unemployment claims

  • Conduct exit interviews and identify trends

  • Facilitate training for employees at all levels such as Review Writing, Performance Management, and Legal Updates

  • Ensure consistency of our processes and guidelines across all departments

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Must have at least two years of HR experience

  • Must live within 1 hour of 9315 Olive. Blvd, St Louis, MO

  • Must be willing to accept $63,200/year, at minimum, based on experience

  • Intermediate level proficiency or above with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Must have high speed internet connection with upload/download speed of 3MB or greater

  • PHR or SHRM-CP a plus
