About the Role

The Information Coordinator is a member of our Technology Solutions Team, supporting Enterprise Car Sales operations nationwide. They are responsible for providing professional, timely, and accurate resolution of technology and operational related issues and incidents to serve our growing operation.

This is a full-time second-shift position (1pm - 10pm), availability on Saturdays will be needed.

This position reports to our Car Sales Technology Solutions team located in St. Louis. It is available for remote (work from anywhere) options within the greater St. Louis area

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technology-related incidents

  • Provide remote customer service

  • Ensure the highest-level of customer service by following professional phone etiquette protocol and operating in a helpful and timely manner

  • Troubleshoot software and hardware problems quickly to determine the appropriate resolution path

  • Document issues within the problem management system with clear, concise and accurate information; document troubleshooting process and procedure for each issue

  • Assist with trend and root cause analysis; identify and communicate problem trends; identify and communicate gaps in department knowledge required to resolve specific problems

  • Track activities using the appropriate software

  • Educate customers on appropriate problem resolutions to minimize repeat requests; provide timely follow-up

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • High School diploma/GED required

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Must have 1 or more years of experience troubleshooting business or personal PC hardware/software

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role preferred

  • Must be able to work a second-shift schedule (1pm - 10pm) with availability on Saturdays

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Technical Skills:

  • Technical proficiency in Windows OS, Office 365, and MS Office Products preferred

  • Experience with MS Access, PowerApps, PowerAutomate preferred

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow preferred
