Enterprise Holdings Integrated Media Director - Marketing in St. Louis, Missouri

Overview

The Director, Integrated Media at Enterprise Holdings is a leadership position on the North American Marketing Activation Team responsible for developing, executing and optimizing of media strategies and campaigns to effectively support multiple brands and businesses across the US and Canada. The Integrated Media Director leads and develops a team of experienced media professionals and agency partners to deliver insight-led media plans to connect with our brands with audiences and segments to drive desired brand and business outcomes. This individual is also responsible for all aspects of our media activations, including the development and implementation of multi-national advertising strategies aimed at B2C, B2B and B2G segments; and regularly includes; linear and non-linear television, online video, display, OOH, native, social and more. Director will work closely with Global Insights team to maintain intimate understanding of audience insights and segmentation. Additionally, the Director, will maintain current act as a source of leadership to the Marketing department on emerging media channels and trends. The Director collaborates regularly with Insights, Performance Marketing and Measurement teams to ensure maximum impact of brand and performance, media messages and investments.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO, with a hybrid schedule available.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of recommended media strategy for each of EHI’s brands. Evaluate and recommend appropriate media channels and mix and direct the planning, buying and lead stewardship of media buys.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key media agencies, media platforms/networks to ensure optimization of media plans and investments.

  • Partner with Performance Media Team to ensure coordination across all media channels and optimization of investments.

  • Direct agencies and suppliers to ensure EHI’s effective partner and market relationships.

  • Monitor, analyze and interpret industry and competitive information to maintain: and understanding of:- Marketplace conditions and trends- Media trends and audience consumption habits- Emerging media channels

  • Partner with Marketing Dept leadership to formulate multi-year marketing strategies to align with overall brand and business objectives.

  • Work in collaboration with Marketing Strategy and Creative teams in to ensure development and trafficking of assets delivers of full potential of media plans.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related area of study preferred)

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • Ten (10+) or more years of experience managing multi-national integrated media plan with annual budget of $50+ million

  • Five (5+) or more years of demonstrated ability to apply segmentation insights to reach audience and deliver personalized messaging

  • Five (5+) or more years of experience leveraging data (1 st party and 3 rd party) to inform/optimize media to reach key audience segments and deliver personalized messaging

  • Five (5+) or more years of evaluating, negotiating and measuring media partner or agency agreements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – including experience presenting media strategies and rationale to executive leadership – effectively translating media terminology to business-friendly language

  • Experience in marketing transformation efforts yielding improved results and team engagement
