This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.

  • Evaluate the adequacy and reliability of the internal control systems across the organization and recommend a direction in the audit approach to be applied

  • Build key relationships with management

  • Participate in special projects and other audit services (e.g., Financial Statement Reviews, Follow-Up Audits, Process Audits, etc.)

  • Confirm financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules are prepared in conformity with policies as well as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

  • Participate in the selection of audit samples and the request of corresponding documents

  • Perform designated administrative tasks to assist in support of department operations

  • 10-15% domestic & international travel depending on the needs of the business

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Accounting degree preferred

  • Minimum two (2) years of previous audit or relevant work experience required (public audit experience preferred)

  • CPA/CMA/CIA or commitment to obtaining is strongly preferred

  • Intermediate knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products required

  • Ability to travel approximately 10-15%. Very limited to no travel in August/September due to Year End Review

  • Willingness to relocate for possible future opportunities and advancements preferred

  • Valid Driver's License with no alcohol or drug related event within the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
