Responsibilities

The Business Administrative Systems Team supports a variety of solutions that are sales-support and employee-needs related. The different solutions supported by this team include CRM, CLM, HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time Keeping through SaaS, on-premise and proprietary applications. Our solutions run on SaaS platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, Kronos and Infor.

Now is an exciting time to be a part of this team, specifically in this role working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. We are on the forefront of implementing several new features to support our global expansion efforts and increase efficiency and effectiveness in our salesforce. Those features include social selling applications and techniques such as LinkedIn and direct email marketing/ email campaigns, increasing the usability of our mobile application, building an API between CRM and Account Maintenance to support our Branch Locations onboarding to the application, and a possibility to start using Power Apps and Microsoft Flow. Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to learn about all lines of business that Enterprise Holdings operates from, as Dynamics directly supports 11 of them that span across the globe.

As the Application Development Manager on this team, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM System. This includes the execution of operational, tactical, and strategic activities on a day-to-day basis, as well as an evaluation of existing applications to determine technical changes. You will also be asked to determine time and resources needed to complete assignments, and lead team members in prioritizing and completing assigned tasks and projects. In this role, you will also take on people management activities including career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and performance and salary reviews.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • 6 or more years of related experience

  • Must have the ability to understand multiple programming languages to assist in solve problems in coding, testing and deployment

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC)

  • Ability to observe strengths and weaknesses of team members and coach, mentor and make changes if required

  • Ability to manage the execution of operational, tactical, and strategic activities on a day-to-day basis, including support for individual tasks

  • Ability to evaluate time and resources needed to complete assignments and lead team members in prioritizing and completing assigned tasks and projects

  • Must have strong teamwork qualities, with the ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships with peers, vendors, senior management, and other departments

  • Proficient in providing insight to technical development concepts

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

  • Ability to understand project requirements, allocate appropriate team resources and ensure completion in a timely manner

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with team members, as well as communicate with vendors and IT counterparts within Enterprise

  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred

  • Programming experience in Javascript, C#, .Net, HTML, XML and Web Services

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Environment

  • Knowledge of CRM systems, to include Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.
