The Network Strategy and Operations department has an immediate opening for an IT Manager , who will lead our change management team!

In this role, you will partner with your leadership to provide overall change control management guidance and direction to technical teams in the department, you will also coordinate with other areas within IT. Your primary function will be change control management within the department and coordinate with other IT teams to mitigate risk to the network environment and business applications. You will also work to improve our ever-evolving change control management processes and provide reporting metrics on all changes in our department. You will be responsible for managing your teams' performance including career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and performance & salary reviews.

The successful candidate will be capable of working in a collaborative team environment. Also, you will be required to work irregular and extended hours, as needed, to manage the departments change management efforts.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Identify, influence, and drive opportunities to further our change control objectives

  • Own and drive the change control management ITIL functions within our department and other IT departments through close coordination our with our departments various teams and other IT teams.

  • Partner in the development and implementation process framework to enhance our management of change in our environment.

  • Collaborate with leaders and teams throughout IT to ensure alignment and partnership

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Provide leadership in key interactions with others to define best practices.

  • Build trust to influence peers and others to break down barriers and drive results

  • Provide escalation for our teams change control practices

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • The IT Manager position typically requires 6 or more years of related IT experience

  • 2+ years of experience performing ITSM change control

  • Prior experience successfully leading networking teams, preferably teams in large scale enterprise or service provider networks

  • Experience in people management activities, including career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and performance and salary review

  • Awareness and understanding of networking concepts (firewall, Web Application firewall, Switching, Routing, load balancing)

  • Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum development environment and working within sprint teams, using tools such as Jira and Confluence

  • Ability to balance risk with completing work and business priorities

  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to learn technical concepts

  • Ability to establish effective working relationships within all levels of the organization

  • Commitment to protecting our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating a sense of security and change policy compliance in all decisions; ensures change policy and procedure requirements are met; continuously identifies opportunities for improving the change management strategies to improve our risk avoidance


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred

  • ITIL Certifications in ITIL V3 and/or ITIL V4

  • Experience leading networking teams in global organization with 1,000+ locations
