Enterprise Holdings Lead Creative Designer - Digital in St. Louis, Missouri
Overview
The Lead Creative Designer - Digital is responsible for the conception and development of creative design work in support of marketing initiatives and in collaboration with the Creative Director and Enterprise's in-house Creative Services team. This role may oversee other designers and will provide design services across a variety of mediums integrating a "Digital First" design approach that will help guide the team in digital best practices. The position leads and creates work for multiple brands and lines of business across B2B and B2C audiences and across a range of marketing and media channels. The Lead Creative Designer - Digital collaborates with internal marketing teams to ensure consistent and relevant creative across channels per brand and lines of business.
This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO, with a hybrid schedule available.

Responsibilities
Train, coach, and mentor other design team members, fostering an environment of professional development and career growth
Concept and develop creative for a variety of marketing materials applying knowledge of company products and marketing objectives
Identify opportunities to integrate a digital first design approach into the workflow and keep the design team informed on digital design best practices
Oversee all work from the design team, review quality of design and brand standards in alignment with marketing objectives and ensure consistency across all channels
Work cross functionally with multiple internal marketing teams to deliver on-brand content per brand/line of business
Present creative design concepts and strategic thinking in creative reviews clearly communicating design choices and rationale
Manage and ensure brand standards and guidelines are used correctly and communicate updates
Serve as a confident and creative thought leader across the team and department
Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with key internal teams and clients
Assist in the supervision of the creative department to promote an inspiring atmosphere and desirable workflow to achieve the best work
Stay on top of industry best practices/new mediums of design and apply them to projects managed by the team

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Seven (7+) years of demonstrated design experience
A portfolio of compelling design work showcasing skills and experience
Experience in Mac OSX, Adobe CC: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.
Experience in digital creative design. Web assets, HTML5, email, etc.
Experience managing and mentoring designers
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
