We are now hiring for immediate openings for our License and Title (L&T) Supervisor positions. As an L&T Supervisor you will be leading, coaching, and developing a talented team of coordinators that are subject matter experts on the License and Title process in specific U.S. states and Canadian provinces. These coordinators ensure that this process is efficient and well done to deliver an excellent client experience.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring and support you need to be successful. You will partner with contacts at state agencies, our sales teams and all levels of management within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience

  • Must have a minimum of 2 or more years in a role with sales support, vendor support, project management

  • Intermediate skills of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Must be willing to accept $69,600 - $76,000 per year

  • Must live within 1 hour of 9315 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO. 63132

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
