As a Manager in the Payment Services, you will be responsible for managing the execution of operational, tactical, and strategic activities on a day-to-day basis, including technical support for individual tasks and Incidence governance. You will be responsible for determining time and resources needed to complete assignments and leads team members in prioritizing and completing assigned tasks and projects. You are also responsible for people management activities including career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and performance and salary reviews. In this position, you will develop and maintain procedures that support team activities associated with specific area of expertise or responsibility and leads individuals in adhering to and supporting team procedures.
This position is located at our Weldon Spring campus in St. Louis, MO, and may require the ability to travel between our local campuses as needed.

6+ years of related experience
3+ years of experience managing technical professionals
Experience working in a production support environment
Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence or similar
Demonstrated customer service support ethic and focus to deliver the highest, most consistent level of customer service to our customers
Experience designing or improving production or workflow processes
Fulfill on-call rotation responsibilities for supported applications which would occur during normal work hours as well as after-hours
Demonstrated ability to motivate and direct teams to accomplish goals
Demonstrated experience in problem solving, including analyzing symptoms and causes, identifying and defining the problem to be solved, collecting data, establishing the facts, drawing valid conclusions and developing solutions
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships with subordinates, peers, management and other teams & departments within the overall IT department
Strong personal management skills emphasizing time management, organization and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle (SDLC), including use of formal requirement documentation and procedures, Object-Oriented application development principles, formal testing methodologies, and Usability design techniques
Experience managing more than one project or release simultaneously
