Enterprise Holdings Marketing Manager (Daily Rental) - Marketing in St. Louis, Missouri

As Enterprise moves toward our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and support for a broad range of marketing and full-funnel solutions that support business goals and objectives. You will help lead development of measurement strategies that demonstrate impact, be part of exciting brand work and have the ability to create strategies and build processes to help bring new opportunities to life.

A successful Marketing Manager will balance the needs of the business, while proactively evaluating new opportunities to drive key marketing objectives – including brand awareness and relevancy, consideration and engagement, and driving rental reservations.

This role is part of the North American Marketing Activation Team and works directly with Daily Rental and Marketing Leadership. This position collaborates regularly with internal marketing disciplines, Corporate Communications, Operations, and external agency partners. Based on business objectives, this position is responsible for creating, managing the implementation, and optimizing marketing strategies and budgets.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO, with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Marketing Director and supporting team members to create and implement marketing plans in line with business goals and objectives.

  • Consult with internal and external partners, industry resources and data to developing insights to develop marketing programs and campaigns to achieve positive results.

  • Apply disciplined/ROI approach to measurement in partnership with marketing peers and available tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics).

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify data-driven tactics and solutions .

  • Provide relevant teams with thorough goals, support data, and KPIs; ensure that marketing strategies are clearly defined, approved, and understood by all parties.

  • Demonstrate the ability to think critically and implement a broad range of marketing and full-funnel solutions.

  • Keep apprised of all relevant industry and market developments.

  • Seek out new opportunities and play a supportive role in their development.

  • Continuously work to upgrade knowledge and skills through available resources, reports and industry news.

  • Coordinate project timing and budgets.

  • Provide monthly status on key initiatives; measures and reports progress.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • Six (6+) or more years of relevant marketing or operational experience or a combination of both experience from concepting to copy execution for major national brand

  • Three (3+) or more years of full funnel marketing planning and campaign management at Manager level

Preferred:

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics (or similar tools) for Marketing campaign reporting

  • Demonstrated ability to develop ROI based marketing approach
