Enterprise Holdings has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Counter/Service Center Support Representative located at the STL Airport. The Parts Counter/Service Center Support Representative will provide overall administrative support to the maintenance facility, ensuring all parts and tire purchases, shop work orders and invoice processing adhere to Company policy and standards. This is a full time position paying $15.00/hr.

Handle busy technician back counter at a Fleet Service Center
Pulls and fills all orders from stock
Ordering all inventory and generating all maintenance related purchase order (PO) requests
Process all maintenance related invoices for payment; all maintenance related copying, filing and record keeping
Manage all aspects of the parts department in an internal electronic RO and PO management system (Service Pro)
Maintain parts inventory within guidelines
Manage all special order parts
Process all repair orders and parts invoices as necessary prior to submission
Conduct physical parts inventory quarterly and/or perpetually
Communicate and negotiate the lowest possible parts prices while ensuring timely delivery of needed parts
Purchase approved parts as required
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports, logs, and manifests as pertaining to hazardous materials
Track and manage WIP, and all credit invoice follow-ups
Follow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standards
Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Minimum 1 year experience handling basic customer service and office administration functions.
Experience in the automotive industry a plus
A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
