Enterprise Mobility Pilot (Captain) in St. Louis, Missouri
Overview
As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company and due to a recent promotion, the Corporate Aviation department is excited to announce the opening for a Pilot (Captain).
We are looking for a full-time corporate pilot to work out of our St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) hangar location. The Pilot is expected to live within the greater St. Louis metro area and be able to fly on short notice. This position reports directly to the Chief Pilot. When assigned to a flight as Pilot in Command (PIC), the Pilot (Captain) has final authority in the operation of the aircraft. The Pilot (Captain) is expected to be the subject matter expert in all aspects of aviation.
As one of our corporate pilots, you'll provide safe and effective operation of the company aircraft for our executives, family members and passengers. This includes determining and filing flight plans, conducting pre and post-flight inspections, loading luggage or other supplies for the trip and assisting the flight attendants as needed.
The aviation department was founded over four decades ago by the company founder, Jack Taylor, who named the company after the aircraft carrier on which he served as a Navy pilot during WWII - the USS Enterprise.
This position is based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Greater St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute complex domestic and international trips as Pilot in Command.
Operate aircraft safely in accordance with company procedures, aircraft manuals, and regulatory guidance.
Actively participate in our safety management and security programs to identify and mitigate risk.
Lead and participate in aviation projects of varying size, scope, and complexity that deliver significant impact to the team and our passengers.
Deliver an exceptional passenger experience by anticipating needs, ensuring comfort, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications
Minimum:
Minimum of 3,500 hours of flying experience to include 1,500 hours as PIC
Military Applicants: Please use a 0.3 hour conversation factor to determine your equivalent civilian flight time.
Must possess a current Airline Transport Pilots (ATP) certificate
Must be able to obtain a valid FAA First Class Medical
Willingness to travel extensively and work varied and changing schedules which include weekends and holidays
No record of aircraft accidents, incidents or violations
Must possess and maintain a passport without restrictions for international travel
Must be willing to reside in the greater St. Louis metro area
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree
Three years minimum of Corporate, Charter, or Military VIP transport experience
Experience in advanced technology cockpits
Gulfstream GVII-G500/G600 Pilot Flight Experience
Experience with aviation-related project management in programs such as SMS,FOQA, Security, or International Operations
1000 hours of Turbine PIC Time
