The Specialist on the Marketing Portfolio & Delivery Management team fills a critical role in the successful implementation of integrated marketing campaigns. Through collaboration with internal Marketing Strategy, Creative and various Media teams, the Specialist provides coordination and management of campaign timelines and deliverables for assigned line(s) of business, supporting a range of marketing objectives and audiences.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, delivered on time and on budget.
Support continuous sharing/learning around key insights related to the industry and competitors.
Partner with internal teams including but not limited to Digital Media, Performance Marketing, Direct Marketing, Digital Product, Creative Services, Global Content, Global Brand Design, Communications, etc. to deliver fully integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including asset development for national and local marketing materials, email, social media, digital media, etc.
Manage tactical plans, budgets and timelines of complex integrated marketing campaigns.
Assist with development of marketing materials and provide best practice recommendations for execution of local marketing campaigns.
Develop and distribute monthly marketing results highlighting key performance/results.

Four (4+) or more years relevant marketing/advertising or operational experience or a combination of both
Experience with aggregating and disseminating campaign feedback with cross functional teams (media, creative, etc.)
Accomplished in working with cross-functional teams to ensure success of project or campaign
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications
