Enterprise Holdings Product Manager – Digital Commerce in St. Louis, Missouri

The Enterprise Holdings Digital Commerce team is looking for a Product Manager to help define and execute on multiple feature enhancements across our lines of business (LOB). The Product Manager will evaluate complex technology offerings and develop eCommerce solutions that support company-wide marketing and business goals. This position provides direction for digital product requirements and priority, conducts competitive analysis, defines product strategy, and manages the LOB roadmap to influence the digital experience (websites and apps) for a variety of B2B and B2C brands.

Manage the product strategy behind the digital experience and funnel optimization for multiple websites or mobile apps for our lines of business.
Thoroughly understand and represent the customer's problems as well as the business's goals and objectives, and represent that point of view on a day-to-day basis
Communicate with business and vendor teams, and leadership the feature business cases, product roadmaps, ROI, feature requirements, and project status updates.
Lead initiatives to improve our customer experience on B2B digital products
Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify and prioritize new opportunities
Develop and communicate to product and development teams the business cases, cost-benefit analysis, product roadmaps, vision, and strategy, and ensure their alignment with company goals
Perform market research and competitive analysis to highlight opportunities, new functionality, and areas of optimization across eCommerce, digital, and mobility space
Analyze and report on relevant business metrics to understand the health, challenges and eCommerce growth opportunities
Thoroughly understand and represent the customer's problems as well as the business's goals and objectives to translate them into business requirements for front-end and back-end development
Oversee development of new features and services, developing and communicating business requirements and user stories to ensure alignment
Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful completion within appropriate budget guidelines and project timeline
Ensure requests, and appropriate feedback from partners such as User Research, Brand Marketing, Performance and others are seamlessly integrated into the product planning and development processes
Review new and existing product specifications to ensure the scope of the current and future product meets strategic objectives, ensuring commercial viability
Stay up-to-date on new technologies and eCommerce trends to best serve Business and Marketing goals and bring fresh, creative-thinking to the team
Develop and curate new ideas, determine which ideas will achieve critical objectives and should be promoted into features, gather investment buy-in and communicate the status back to stakeholders
Maintain professional and product management knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or other applicable field required
Two (2+) or more years of experience in business analysis, strategic consulting, eCommerce, project management or product
