Responsibilities

The Project Manager, within Corporate Business Development, is responsible for the centralized coordinated management of projects and programs to achieve organizational strategic objectives and benefits. With assistance, this position collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to define program/project scope, objectives and strategies. In addition, this position will develop detailed work plans, provide program status, maintain program/project budget as well as anticipate and identify program/project risks and issues, recommend solutions and work with senior management to implement those solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage program and project teams, with assistance, for optimal return-on-investment as well ascoordinate and delegate cross-program and project initiatives.

  • Direct, plan, coordinate, monitor and report progress for full life cycle of medium to large programs utilizing chosen methodologies.

  • Identify and manage overall program/project and resource dependencies in addition to identifying and resolving resource constraints.

  • With assistance, work closely with program/project sponsors, cross-functional teams and assigned managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timing for new initiatives that are aligned with company objectives and support the strategic direction of the organization.

  • Anticipate, identify and manage program/project risks and issues by tracking, assigning ownership, following up and understanding the impact on scope, cost and schedule.

  • Define and manage service level agreements, with assistance, to meet customer expectations and quality standards while delivering transparent communication, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring requirements are met.

  • Participate and provide insights in the development of key performance indicators and defining department standards and processes.

  • Protect customers, employees and brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions.

  • Ensure security policy and procedure requirements are met.

  • Continuously identify opportunities for improving security and implement strategies to improve security position.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

  • Must have 6+ years of experience in Technical or Business Program/Project Management

  • Must have 3+ years’ experience working on multi-year technical or business projects with established deadlines that require collaboration across multiple functional areas where regular reporting and status updates were required

  • Must be able to commute to St. Louis locations as necessary

  • Microsoft Teams (Scheduling Meetings, Collaboration, File Structure Management) – Intermediate

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree
