Enterprise Holdings Receptionist - Fleet Management in St. Louis, Missouri


Enterprise Fleet Management has an immediate opening for a Receptionist at the Olivette campus. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests as they enter the building, issuing guest badges to visitors, answering the multi-line phone, working with the security guards to ensure lobby security, and maintaining the appearance of the lobby and the conference rooms located off the lobby. The successful candidate will have a strong customer service background, a positive attitude, and high energy. Professional demeanor and excellent work attitude are most important to this role. Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is able to perform duties with little or no supervision. The individual must possess excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of customer and company personnel in a professional manner.

This exciting opportunity works 40 hours per week with a starting salary range of $29,000-33,000 per year. In addition, we offer full benefits, 401K and profiting sharing and great discounts!

This position will require 100% presence in the office located at 9315 Olive Blvd. St. Louis, MO 63132 .


  • Answer incoming calls, research and direct those calls to the proper parties

  • Greet customers, vendors, job applicants, employees from other locations and other visitors with high degree of professionalism and courtesy

  • Coordinate campus Food Truck and in-house Restaurant schedule

  • Maintain Food Truck compliance files

  • Create and maintain campus video display

  • Process incoming and outgoing campus mail

  • Work with the security team to maintain a safe lobby area

  • Identify telephone system problems and immediately alert the proper personnel

  • Maintain the lobby and conference room appearance

  • Interact with all levels of management in a professional manner

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • One year of experience as a receptionist

  • Previous experience answering a multi-line telephone required

  • Minimum one year of administrative experience

  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Must be willing to accept $29,000-33,000 per year based on experience
