Enterprise Holdings Revenue Support Representative in St. Louis, Missouri

Enterprise Holdings' Revenue Management Department has a unique opportunity for a Revenue Support Representative on the After-Hours Revenue Management Team. This position will provide revenue management support to our Home City and Airport operations during evenings and weekends. Team members will provide assistance to operators in the field from the Home City and Airport markets updating rates and availability. This position will work closely with the Airport and Home City Revenue Management Teams. This team now also assists the Franchise Revenue Management Team supporting requests from Latin American and the Asia Pacific Regions supporting global expansion of revenue management.

Our department is open seven days a week with weekday hours of 1pm - 10pm and Saturday and Sunday hours of 8am - 5pm. Schedules may vary from Sunday through Thursday, Tuesday through Saturday or split schedules with both weekend days and consecutive days off during the week.

  • Ensure accurate updates to rates and availability in ECARS and Odyssey for our Home City and Airport operations using our Revenue Management tools

  • Transition, maintain, and be responsible for all rates, products, rules, policies, in ECARS 2.0 and Odyssey

  • Process requests from Operation’s managers pertaining to the After Hours and Extended Hours Programs

  • Send detailed follow up email confirmations to all levels of management, informing them of all updates

  • Document and log all phone and email requests daily to ensure accuracy

  • Perform additional administrative projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • One (1) or more years of experience in a data entry role required

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook required (intermediate level preferred)

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend, holiday and evening hours

  • Must be authorized to work in the US and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
