Enterprise Holdings Sales Coordinator in St. Louis, Missouri
Overview
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for sales and back-office support for the Business Rental Sales teams. This position will create and/or maintain customer reports, customer contracts, profit and loss models, presentations, mailings and various pieces of correspondence. This position is also responsible for leading key pieces of information into the sales CRM tool to provide detailed activity records for business accounts.
This is a work from home position with a Monday-Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm in your time zone.
Must live in St. Louis, Missouri.
Responsibilities
Create customer reports as needed by sales
Create profit and loss models by account for sales
Create presentations for sales group and management as necessary
Support sales with mailings and other correspondence
Facilitate the loading of key pieces of information into the sales CRM tool; provide detail activity records for business accounts
Work with the domestic sales force team to secure contracts for short term car rental usage worldwide
Maintain paper and electronic files
Answer incoming phone lines
Extend BA rental types as requested by sales
Complete Method of Payment changes as requested by sales

Qualifications
Must currently live in the state of Missouri
Must currently live in St. Louis
High School Diploma or GED required-Associates degree preferred
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
One year of administrative, customer service or office support experience required
One year of sales processing and/or reporting experience preferred
One year of experience with the Business Object reporting tool preferred
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/week
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Must be willing to accept starting pay of $16.15/hour
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must have experience working in a professional office environment and computer experience
Must be able to meet all current GP76 work from home technical requirements

Technical Qualifications :
Must have a computer/PC (No MACs or Chromebooks) with compatible OS versions: Windows 8, 8.1, or Windows 10
Must have a computer USB headset with microphone to be used during training
Must have a stand-alone router with gigabit speed connection via Ethernet cable and separate modem
Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider (no DSL, satellite or wireless)
Minimum upload speed of 2mbps and minimum download speed of 5mbps
Use of wireless, hotspot or WiFi “air cards” are NOT ALLOWED
